CurrentJob Responsibilities as Sales Executive• Prospecting for top management people in BFSI and B-Schools segment• Handling BFSI and B-Schools sales vertical for Real Time Market Information Terminal business• Making presentations to BFSI and B-Schools sector and understanding their requirement• Preparing proposal and submitting it to the clients as per their requirements• Addressing all the queries raised by the client while showcasing the company product• Ensuring customer retention by maintaining cordial relationship with all the clients in Sales and Service Job Responsibilities as Service Executive• Providing training to clients on Real Time Market Data and News Terminal• Providing telephonic support over the phone to various clients • Outstanding Payment follow-up , Collection and ensuring timely TDS Certificate follow up• Preparing outstanding payment projections and keeping a track of payment cycles for all the customers• MIS activities such as preparing various internal reports and providing support to senior management• Responsible to ensure that problems are identified and timely actions are taken to avoid Service failures• Attending and addressing queries for all the review meeting with the Head Office every week • Inter-departmental support within the organization• Perform other tasks as assigned to support the goals of the company
