As a versatile and a highly creative individual, I have a complex educational background and a vastly diverse professional experience, which includes dentistry, management roles, healthcare, sales/marketing, customer service and hospitality. I strive for excellence, have a strong work ethic, and work effectively both as a team member and independently. The fact that I am well-travelled, having lived in India, Eastern Europe and now in New Zealand, and my diversified work experience, has positively shaped me to quickly adapt, and excel in different environments, professions and cultures with ease.I started out my professional career in India as a dentist in January 2016, and after 2 years of extensive clinical work, I got more interested towards the management aspect of healthcare. I worked with the Aura health spa and clinic for 2 years as a practice manager while continuing with my clinical practice. In order to pursue higher studies, I arrived in New Zealand and completed a post graduate diploma in management level 8 from Toi Oho Mai institute of technology Rotorua, New Zealand in 2018. Soon after the completion of the course I moved to Auckland where I worked as a sales consultant for the largest direct response marketing company in Australia and New Zealand, the brand developers. The 2 years I worked for the company helped me learn a great deal about ANZAC market/customers in particular and sales in general. I successfully completed all my KPIS there, receiving the sales excellence award on multiple occasions. However, in order to implement what I have learned through my studies and experience in New Zealand I started pursuing a managerial role and finally got a break with Reduced to clear ltd, which is a dynamic FMCG kiwi owned business. I started my journey as an assistant manager in September 2021 and through my sheer hard work became the store manager within 3 months of our flagship branch and went on to manage 3 stores by the end of 2022.
