• Mange the Government COC sales with respect to sales and marketing processes and requirements.• Overall management of finance team and related matters for consistent/accurate database in related applications.• Monitoring the performance of Sales team and invoicing team personnel.• Monitoring KPI of the team at defined intervals & update, as applicable.• Managing sales pipeline using Salesforce to register leads and contacts, log all meetings and opportunities and creating reports and dashboards. • Identify new business opportunities (existing clients and new clients) for COC, related PSI scope & cross-selling of other BV Business lines services.• Maintain and develop on-going services/contracts with clients.• Define and deploy alternative solutions to maintain the budgetary achievements• Prepare commercial meetings and proposals in coordination with GS KSA COC team• Mobilize the right resources to develop an opportunity and build the winning proposals • Prepare the actual proposals. Mastering pricing components and strategies• Manage the team and properly transfer the proposals to operation with required details

• Established company's quality procedures, standards and specifications• Ensure that the organization’s Quality Management System conforms to customer, internal, ISO 17065, and regulatory/legal requirements.• Carry out assessment visit with Jordanian Accreditation Unit (JAS)• Monitor employee productivity and provide constructive feedback and coaching.• Internal audit and audit plans, making corrective and preventive actions accordingly• Working with operating staff to establish procedures, standards, systems and procedures • Provide instruction, development, and training to ensure compliance with the company’s certification process and quality process.

• Managing a department of 25 Employees. • Maintain workflow by monitoring steps of the certification process; setting processing variables; observing control points...etc.• Certification approval and decision-making.

•Test reports verifying against international and SASO specifications required to issue Certificates of Conformity (CoC).•Coordinating third party testing and inspections and confirm accreditations such ISO 17025, 17020, Etc..•Working Knowledge of Engineering specifications, Quality Plans and safety standards IEC, EN, BS, ISO and ASTM.

•Maintain levels for all the Scheduled and preventive maintenances as per the Maintenance plans.•Perform routine maintenance inspections of equipment to identify and respond to problems in a timely manner, thus preventing breakdowns.•Repair Mechanical equipment (Rotary equipment such as Pumps, Gearboxes and Valves).•Inspect HVAC systems over all factory buildings.•Documentation for all repair and maintenance work performed on equipment.
