Client name: Lockheed Martin Canada (LMC)Project Description: As the Delivery Project Executive, I lead the IBM Delivery team that provides application management services for LMC’s SAP ERP systems. IBM services include the management and support of multiple SAP modules including HR/Payroll HCM, Finance FI/CO, Logistics, BI/BW as well as Basis support and security management services. My responsibilities include: Application service availability management, customer relationship management, problem and change management, Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, data security and privacy controls, financial management, vendor management, project governance and reporting to the client’s and IBM’s senior management team.In addition to my project delivery responsibilities, I perform the role of people manager in a matrix organizational structure.

Client Name: Suncor EnergyProject Description: The project scope was to develop remote management capabilities for Suncor car wash sites; it also included the development of key metric reports on the performance of those sites. As the Project Manager, I led a joint team of IBM and Suncor resources. I was accountable to and worked directly with the client business team as the key stakeholder group for the delivery of the project services. Key deliverables included the design, development, testing, transition to sustainment team and deployment of the custom application and reporting functionalities. All deliverables completed on schedule and within budget.In addition to my project delivery responsibilities, I performed the role of people manager in a matrix organizational structure.

Project Description: I worked on two different projects. Firstly, as the Quality Manager on an Oracle’s Customer Care and Billing implementation in Trinidad and Tobago, I was responsible for the oversight and overall health of the project. I worked with the project manager and the client to ensure that delivery excellence best practices are implemented and that the project stays on track to meet its objectives. Secondly, as the Development Manager on a Microsoft Dynamics AX implementation in Canada, I led an international team of over 35 developers responsible for the design, development and deployment of multiple enhancements to the Project Management and Accounting module.In addition to my project delivery responsibilities, I performed the role of people manager in a matrix organizational structure.

Client name: Hydro Ottawa Ltd.Project Description: I led a team of 12 members to design, develop, test and deploy 22 enhancements in 4 releases for Hydro Ottawa’s Oracle Customer Care and Billing (CC&B) system. I successfully completed the deployment of all 4 releases to Production on schedule. My key responsibilities included the completion of project deliverables, managing financials, scope, quality, vendors, data Security and client communication.In addition to my project delivery responsibilities, I performed the role of people manager in a matrix organizational structure.

Client name: Hydro Ottawa Ltd.Project Description: Between Oct 2011 and April 2012, as the proposed Project Manager and a member of the IBM Solution Team, I contributed to the writing of the RFP response, presented at Orals with the client and subsequently participated in the writing of the client contract, subcontractor SOWs and internal DOUs.Starting in May 2012, as the System Integrator’s Project Manager, I successfully led a team of over 55 members to implement Oracle's Customer Care and Billing system (CC&B 2.3.1). The team that I managed included a mix of IBM NA, IBM GD and Subcontractor resources from 6 different vendors. The services I managed included business requirement analysis (over 1400 requirements), solution design, configuration, build, system testing, data conversion, training, hosting and deployment services. My key responsibilities included the completion of 179 project deliverables, managing financials, scope, quality, vendors, data security and client communication. I had a weekly project update meeting with the client’s project team and I updated IBM senior management on a monthly or on as required basis. I also participated in the Steering Committee meetings with the client’s Executive team including the CEO, CIO, COO and CFO.The new CC&B system went live on March 6, 2014. The project was a success. The client presented this CC&B implementation as a success story at the "CS Week" conference in San Antonio in May 2014.

Client name: Hydro Ottawa Ltd.Project Description: I led a team that successfully deployed and started supporting the major release of Time of Use (TOU) billing code in Production for Hydro Ottawa’s PeopleSoft Customer Information and Billing System. Key deliverables included the deployment of TOU Billing custom code in Production and the completion of an infrastructure upgrade that involved expanding and/or replacing current servers (10 servers). The TOU release in Production was a major change in the billing system and signified a critical milestone for Hydro Ottawa both from a functional and a Regulatory perspective. The IBM Services that I managed included: TOU and PS/CIS application management and support, Infrastructure hosting services and production service levels. In addition to my project delivery responsibilities, I performed the role of a people manager in a matrix organizational structure.

Client name: Hydro Ottawa Ltd.Project Description: As the Service Delivery Manager, I led the IBM Delivery team that provided managed services for Hydro Ottawa’s PeopleSoft Customer Information and Billing System (PS/CIS). My responsibilities included: Application service availability management, customer relationship management, problem and change management, Service Level Agreement (SLA) management, Data security and privacy controls, financial management, vendor management, project governance and reporting to the client’s and IBM’s senior management team (Steering Committee). Through continuous focus on meeting and exceeding Hydro Ottawa’s expectations, I received the highest client satisfaction rating of “Exceeded” on this project.

Project Description: I performed the end-to-end solution packaging for various software applications. Responsibilities included technical solution design, costing, platform architecture, service delivery integration and technical sales support. I bundled hardware, software and professional services and priced the final solution based on a business metric that fits the client's business model, essentially providing software as a service (SaaS). Packaged solutions included telephony applications for contact centers, data management services and enterprise email services.

Project Description: I led a system operations team of six members. I was accountable for the management of two data centers, a primary site and a disaster recovery site in two different provinces. The hosted environments included production, development and test environments. My team was responsible for the management and support of the data center networks, firewalls, servers, middleware and IT security. The customer base included insurance firms, utility companies and major Canadian banks with “five nines” SLAs.

Project Description: I installed, configured, deployed and supported the complete network, firewalls and Tivoli infrastructure in two shared IBM data centers including a primary site and a disaster recovery site. The hosted environments included production, development and test environments. I also installed and managed multiple WebSphere Application Server environments in both data centers.

Project Description: I performed the role of an application developer and a system tester. My responsibilities included the development and support of computer telephony applications in C++, creation and execution of application test scripts, creation and maintenance of system performance monitoring tools as well as system and application performance testing.
