Pakistan--------SEO Manager Responsibilities-------• Managing 10 people team.• Measure and track site ranking factors, keywords, internal and external links, and site content.• Review and audit the sites to drive change that comply with best practices to improve crawlability.• Perform SEO Audits and drive the implementation roadmap of on-page optimization• Implement SEO tactics and ensure that sites are search-engine-friendly• Conduct keyword research and identify opportunities to drive more qualified traffic through a coordinated search strategy alongside of the paid media team• Monitor the performance of Competitor SEO strategies and provide recommendations for ongoing optimization• Stay current with search engine trends to develop and improve SEO practices• Participate in inter-team meetings to discuss and recommend strategies that influence creative direction and overall media plans.• Explain complex SEO and data insights to Manager regularly to review campaign objectives, statistics, and optimization strategies• Implement approved SEO changes to the websites and execute on yours recommendations• Optimizing copy and landing pages for search engine optimization• Constantly check search terms, Google USA Rankings & Google Search Console to monitor performance of the company website and make recommendations for improvement• Develop and implement link building strategy----------Digital Manager Responsibilities-----------• Manage the content that the business posts to social media• Develop strategies that drive customers to the website• Improve the design, UX, traffic, and content of the website• Create paid campaigns on social media platforms• Maintain consistent brand messaging throughout all platforms• Create email blast campaigns to target key customers• Use advanced metrics to measure the success of a marketing campaign• Keep up to date on the latest social media trends

• Serve as an evangelist for SEO across the company• Working with cross-functional teams to instill SEO best practices• Ability to track and report out on overall SEO performance and the success of specific initiatives• Develop and execute creative strategies to unlock growth across SEO• Work with SEO Marketing Associates• Design and Editorial teams to implement on-page optimizations and SEO best practices• Audit all of Company properties for opportunities to improve our technical SEO

• Researching potential websites and people for outreach• Conducting a content audit to identify linkable potentials• Performing keyword research and identifying the best keywords for SEO-optimized content projects• Monitoring and promoting blog posts and other content to be used for backlink purposes• Working with copywriters and web developers in continuous monitoring and improvement of content and website architecture for better SERP ranking• Consistent monitoring and assurance of the client's website's healthy backlink profileUsing online tools to submit business listings• Performing competition research to analyze and monitor their backlink and advertising link strategies• Tracking of outreach efforts via social media, forums, email, and other communication channels used

• Maintaining and troubleshooting Local Area Network (LAN) and Wireless Network;• Configuring and troubleshooting Cisco Devices and various Wireless Access Points;• Dealing with Windows Server 2003, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and FTP Servers;• Creating and maintaining Users, Computers and Group Accounts;• Providing general technical and desktop support to department staff and clients;• Handling networking problems and managing network security.
