As a maintenance engineer at an Ammonia production plant, my role includes ensuring daily plant operations, budget management, managing maintenance challenges, upholding safety standards, overseeing a team of 35 workers, and cross-functional coordination.

Got exposure to the practical side of engineering, where I linked my theoretical learnings to practical experiences, developing a much deeper understandings of my field. Interacted with tons of individuals of all professional levels understanding their needs and elevating my communication skills. Got to know how various cross function departments work in tandem with different orientations towards achieving targets and sustain a running plant.
