* Coordination with vendor for the new shipment* Total Availability of raw material in warehouse before taking new order. Maintain LPOS on daily basis.* Work closely with purchasers for new orders delivery of orders and regarding any complains.* Keep in check the loading and unloading of raw material on daily basis.* Collection of payments and make sure the timely delivery of raw material especially in different Carrefour’s and Malls.

• Coordination with indenters to get the information about new shipment.• Work closely with banks regarding the accuracy of payments.• Opening of the letter of credit to import raw material (coil sheets) from different countries like China, South Africa, to manufacture M.S, G.I Pipes, Steel Tubes and Tube Profile.• Collecting all the details regarding shipment and the total available raw material in Karachi warehouse.• Get the raw material from Karachi warehouse to Islamabad manufacturing unit.• Direct selling of raw material from Karachi port.• Acquiring new orders and sale the finish goods to buyers in different cities of Pakistan.• Providing assistance in acquiring order from Metro Bus (A project of Current Government in Pakistan) and then supply order to them.

* Give complete information about UK-Visas to customers about their status and everything.* Make a note of all customers’ complains regarding delay-in-visa and then directly report it to UK embassy.* Give information about document’s preparation to apply for all kind of UK-Visas.* Reporting directly to British High Commission on daily basis via Emails.* Giving online appointments to the customers for the submission of their documents in jerry fed-ex for the processing of visa.* Communicate with jerry fed-ex agents and giving them all new online appointments.
