Major tasks include• Perform month-end accounting activities such as reconciliations• Prepare monthly, quarterly and annual accounts.• Complete knowledge of stock costing as well as dealing with tax matters.• Generate financial reports and statements to Chief Financial Officer for review.• Coordinate with finance team to complete assigned accounting tasks within deadlines.• Analyze financial & user discrepancies.• Monitor relevant expenditures, analyze revenues and determine budget variances and report the same to management.• Daily preparation of Cash budget.• Respond to accounting inquiries from management in a timely manner.• Provide guidance to subordinates when needed.• Assist in budget preparation and expense management activities for assigned accounts.• Assist in auditing activities by providing necessary information and preparing requested documentations.• Monitor and record financial transactions according to company policies and regulations.• Working experience in ERP or oracle environment

Major tasks include• Supervising, and review the work of the staff, Cash and bank reconciliations, fixed asset activity, payroll, accounts payable transactions, recording of revenue and expenses• Maintaining organized set of detailed records and files to document financial transactions • Reviewing general ledger on a periodical basis to ensure accuracy of posting Also include accounts work Verification of General entries, bank & party Reconciliations• Supervise the monthly inventory count of stock• Rewing GST Invoices• Monthly Sales tax return working• Calculating GST Consumption & Carry forward• Preparation of monthly Annexure C • Accounts payable reconciliations• Preparation of Party payment schedules & Cash budgets
