My duties include,• Preparation and implication of audit plan, developing internal controls for assuring integrity and accuracy under SAP environment.• Independently managed and performed the internal audit of various processes, e.g. sales and collection (collective and branch wise), general ledger and accounting (audit through the system) and inventory management. These audits include travelling to different location of Pakistan.• Effectively liaised with management (Foreigners & Local) including GM sales & marketing and National Manager for the discussion of internal audit findings and recommendations. Worked with management to develop reasonable and appropriate corrective actions.• Provide timely value added information (Financial & Non-Financial) to the management. Also review various SOP’s and policies.• Performed quarterly follow-ups of audit recommendation and action plans.• Lead the team of nine persons, divided in HO and branches (different cities).• Compile and analyze financial information and financial statements including monthly and annual accounts Bank Reconciliation Statement.• Assist finance department in preparation financial management reports to ensure accurate and timely, monthly, quarterly and year end close.• Had to make sure that the company was in compliance with IAS & IFRS.• Develop and maintain close relations with local business community in order to fulfill client’s needs more effectively.• Further I had to perform tasks as required/assigned by the person in governance .

My duties include,• Carrying out the internal audit on interim and final basis. • Independently perform the audit of Revenue Cycle, Foreign currency holding as per State Bank of Pakistan, Daily Transection related to foreign currency and payroll. • Identifying strengths and weakness of internal controls and to give assurance on true and fairness of Financial Statements.• Correspondence with State Bank of Pakistan on Exchange Companies of B-Grade.• Maintenance of other important documents required from Exchange Companies of B- Grade.• Creating budgetary plans, carrying out analysis on financial statements and budgets.
