Its ever evolving and there’s always the collaborating of what’s the next big thing? How can we improve on our existing processes? How can we attract new customers? How can we sale even more? I found I have a unique skill in building awesome, highly, skilled teams, creating new and efficient new workflows and layouts. Documentation creations of Work Instruction, SOP’s, ROI’s, KPI’s and SOW’s. I got into the field accidently, I was attending ITT Tech in Tucson AZ. While attending I quickly came to realize I need some hands-on experience. I looked up some volunteer places and found there was an electronics recycling company offering volunteer work. I was like yes now I could learn how to disassemble PC, the parts the terminology and gain some hands-on experience. I found out when signing up that if I worked 40hrs I would receive a complete computer system. I was like a double Yeah Buddy!! I completed the training and spoke of my adventure in class and believe it or not a classmate said you can come work with me and get paid doing. I said really. I did and the rest is history.
