I am a civil servant in Pakistan Administrative Service (PAS), the superior executive service of Pakistan. I have six years of extensive field experience of public sector management, planning and development, local government and disaster management. In my last assignments, I was administrative head of one of the least developed and the poorest district of Balochistan (Pakistan), where I have supervised & coordinated multiple departments at district level, managed 5000 public sector employees of Health, Education, Planning, Irrigation, Transport, Public health Engineering Departments, and improved public service delivery for a population of 160 thousand. Administrated revenue collection of agriculture income tax and land tax. Worked as drawing and disbursing officer of district disaster management committee, and other head of accounts, amounting to PKR. 900 million annually. Served as Judicial officer and resolved land disputes in district revenue court. Maintained ownership records of 11 million acres of public & private land in the district. Worked as a land acquisition/allotment officer, and allotted land for various public projects. I have also led various committees in the district as chairperson including health committee, education committee, development committee, security committee. I also Worked as Chairperson district polio eradication and routine immunisation program, conducted monthly campaigns to cover a targeted population of 47 thousand.Currently, I am administrative head of another sparsely populated district in Balochistan (Pakistan). I am performing my duties focussing to improve Governance through Sustainable development and community participation.
