I have pursued using public swimming facilities to deliver aquatic Physiotherapy for Neurological impaired individuals and have undertaken further cpd in this area. I have been able to coordinate the learning and internal cpd opportunities for a therapy team that I held an interim leadership role and continue to hold a role as a senior clinician and lead Physiotherapist at this unit. I have been able to start piloting an outpatient therapy service for a client that has his home care package arranged by hunters moor. this is allowing our former in patient client to improve their interaction and function within their own home environment.
