After graduating from university, I think that working as an engineer in the Occupational Safety and Environment department during the construction process of the power plant project carried out with an international partnership is a very good experience I gained at the very beginning of my business life. As of the department I work for, I took an active role in the field in order to ensure that the construction, mechanical and electrical works carried out at the construction site in different locations are carried out under appropriate conditions. After 1 year of construction site experience, I was appointed to the Ministry of Environment and Urbanization- Bitlis Provincial Directorate with the Public Personnel Selection Exam Score and worked in all branches related to the environment within the 5 years I worked. Within the scope of the Environmental Permit and License Regulation, we increased the number of facilities required to obtain permits and licenses from 1 facility to 40-50 facility levels with the devoted efforts of my other 2 friends, who we started working with. I am currently working as an Environmental Engineer at the Ministry of Environment, Urbanization and Climate Change - Kastamonu Provincial Directorate, Department of EIA, Environmental Permits and Licenses. During my working time at the Ministry, I took an active role in tens of Project Introduction Files and a significant amount of EIA Reports, Public Participation and IDK processes.
