I started my journey in mechanical engineering a decade ago, driven by a deep curiosity about how things work and a dream to make a significant impact in renewable energy and material science. Today, I am pursuing a Master of Science at Texas Tech University, specializing in semiconductor manufacturing technology. My path hasn't been straightforward; it’s been filled with rigorous experiments and learning from every setback to improve my approach.During my time at Texas Tech, I have not only deepened my theoretical knowledge but have also gained hands-on experience in Lithography, Thin Film Deposition, Etching for LED fabrication and manufacturing of battery pouch cells. Utilizing equipment like Ultrasonic and Hot Sealing Machines, and mastering characterization techniques such as Atomic Force Microscopy, XRD, TGA, DSC, and UV-Vis NIR Spectroscopy, I've honed my skills to investigate and develop materials that could one day power the world more efficiently.My professional journey began at Middleby Celfrost Innovations Ltd, where I worked as a trainee. There, I learned the ropes of heat load calculations and the selection of insulators, Lean Six Sigma skills that I have carried with me into my academic research. These experiences at Middleby were not just about building a resume; they were about building a foundation in practical application of my theoretical studies.In the world of research, I've leveraged machine learning in my projects to push the boundaries of material science. From optimizing the design of cyclone separators during my bachelor's studies to exploring the cooling properties of hybrid nano-fluids, each project has been a step towards understanding how advanced materials can be used in real-world applications.Each day in the lab, each result from a new experiment, brings me closer to the reality of contributing tangible solutions to the challenges facing renewable energy and semiconductor manufacturing.
