Preparation, submission and update of Project Time Schedule (Using Primavera P6) based on the Contract terms/Project Specifications/Authority Regulations.2. Prepare and submit updated work program including target milestones; manpower histogram; submittals details and cash flow curve showing planned requirements at every stage of the project.3. Keep on updating and coordinating with Technical and Procurement department to avoid any delay in submission of shop drawings or material submittals and delivery of materials.4. Keep on tracking Shop drawing and materials submittals logs for the preparation of monthly and weekly progress reports.5. Monitoring critical activities based on the project schedule and suggest project management for risks anticipation and solutions.6. Uploading actual progress and identify areas of weakness and establishing means and methods for recovery, if any, as well as new critical activities.7. Report to the Project Manager about the current work progress and make comparison between plan and actual progress and study impact of alternative approaches to work.8. Participate in project meetings and discussions with the Client as required.9. Performs other duties and responsibilities as may be assigned from time to time.

1. Ensuring that work executed is in accordance with the Contract drawings, specifications, agreed procedures and method statements.2. To Raise the IRs for the respective prepared works & to coordinate the consultant’s Engineer during the inspections, it is also to make sure that the WORK is conducted as per the contract specifications, method statements and meeting the required quality prior to Inspections, also documenting the log of IRs.3. Verify all materials in use are according to Approved shop drawings/BOQ/specifications and get them approved from consultant by raising Incoming Material Inspections.4. To Raise RFIs for missing information in IFC/BOQ and coordinate with planning team to make sure in advance that particular RFI is not delaying any activity in plan/schedule.5. To attend site technical coordination meetings to discuss Issues regarding submitted shop/coordination drawings, material submittals and quality related matters.6. Keep on monitoring that all works Civil/Architectural/MEP/HVAC/FIRE ALARM are in accordance with proper coordination and none of discipline delaying one another with full cooperation of other departments.7. Closing of all issues raised (NCRs) by consultant and to follow the approved rectification materials/Method Statements, Documenting and Log maintaining.8. Monitoring material consumption by the foremen under direct supervision, as well as the equipment hours spent on specific task and Preparation of designated procedures.9. Assisting the Project Engineer in consulting with supervisors on their next day activities to ensuring sufficient work-front is available for the foremen and that quality standards are met; also providing engineering support to the Project Engineer and Construction Manager.10. To carry out actual site surveys of all civil works and produce a report on remaining works to Project Engineer with suitable suggestions, Documenting record of completed and remaining works.
