Worked with ZTE’s Subcontracting Company Exceleron Communication as Rf Optimization Engineer in Radio Networks Department on Mobilink-Warid Merger Project.• Dimensioning the RAN network (number of channel elements, Node-Bs, RNCs) according to the coverage, capacity and quality requirements from the operator.• Setting the specific RF parameters for the site to be integrated: RNCid, MCC, MNC, LAC, RAC, SAC, CId, UARFCN frequency, scrambling code, T cell, neighbors.• Analyzing site performance after integration through drive test measurements and/or OSS measurements, detecting eventual problems and recommending changes to fixing those problems.• Optimization of existing & new network which includes KPI analysis such as CSSR, RAB-RRC setup & retention , call drop, pilot pollution (Inbound-Outbound), BLER & Ec/No, handover & handoff problems (Softer, Soft, Hard, IRAT), handoff overhead, server inconsistencies problem, power control, HSDPA calls using drive logs.• Radio Network Planning including initial Model Tuning parameter design, nominal cell planning, coverage prediction, frequency planning etc.

Worked with Huawei’s Subcontracting Company Advacomm as Rf Optimization Engineer on Etisalat Modernization Project in Dubai Region.• Network parameters analysis and KPI evaluation Intra LTE HO, SINR, RSRP, PCI, RBLER and BLER Histogram.• Network KPI's monitoring and enhancement mainly (CSSR, CDR, TBF Est. Conducted different Tests using TEMS Investigation: • Single Site Verification tests: This involved TRX Testing, Testing Inter-site and Intra-site Handovers, Site Coverage Tests etc.• GPRS Test, Static and Dynamic EDGE Testing: involves EDGE Connection Stability, FTP Downloading, GPRS Testing and check over RLC Throughput (downlink & uplink).• Proposing recommendations such as defining Missing Neighbors Additions, Frequency and Hopping Parameter Changes. Area Drive Testing, Short Call Sequence and Long Call.• Recommendations for height reduction of existing site & relocation antenna, antenna type change to meet KPI.• Suggesting physical changes such as Tilt, Orientations, and Height and Type of GSM antennas.• Pre Swap Drive Test using TEMS 8.0.3.• Post Swap Drive test and analysis of different parameters such as RX Level, RX Quality, SQI, C/I etc.
