• Execute augmentation activities like Card upgrades, Port aggregation upgrades, circuit re-terminations and traffic grooming on ALU A7 series, Calix E7 series, Cisco 3750, 7600, ASR 9000 series and Cienna 3940, 311V, 5150,5305 • Perform risk assessments and determine if the current configurations satisfy all the requirements for the proposed activity by performing pre maintenance checks.• Create a Method of Procedure (MOP) which has step by step instructions for the proposed activity, clean up procedure, back out procedure, post checks and diagrams for the use of an Onsite Night Engineer so that the activity can be performed with the least disruption and in minimum time.• Creation of VLAN's, Port aggregations and implementing Port configurations across different vendor equipments to support the augmentation activities.• Creation, Migration and removal of Epipe services and MPLS services like VPLS.• Prepare the routers and switches for decommissioning after circuit migrations by defaulting all previously configured protocols and services.• Generate tickets, schedule activities and co-ordinate with Onsite Technicians, Onsite Engineers, Planning Engineers and Area Supervisors for the execution of the required activity.
