- Ensure achievement of secondary and primary sales targets by GT/SDs/MT- Effectively mobilize the distributor sales force working and control in the marketplace, including SD towns- Ensure communication of agreed sales target to field force and SD towns- Effective communication and implementation of trade promotions- To ensure that stock cover policy is maintained by all his SDs- To ensure monthly ordering from all SDs- Should provide personal involvement and focus on whole sale business- Directly responsibe for MT and SD business- Promptly attend to all sales problems in his area by either taking action within scope of his authority or refer the problem to RSM with his recommendations- Sales/ Stock/ KPIs periodic report submission
