Our team managed the schedule for cockpit and cabin crew ensuring adherence to the Flight and Duty Time Limitations (FDTL) Manual issued by Civil Aviation Authority of Pakistan. My responsibilities were to plan and manage this important human resource of the company and ensure that the ample crew is available to handle scheduled flight operations and to cater any disruption that may occur. We were also responsible to plan their initial and recurrent training and manage all the hotel and traveling arrangements of the crew for the purpose of flight duty.
