Looking after the End-to-End Supply Chain of pharmaceutical manufacturing. Which Includes but not limited to Process Improvement, Management Reporting, Procurement (local and import), Logistics, Inventory Planning and Contracts Management with special emphasis on cost savings.Successfully implemented NetSuite ERP as a supply chain functional lead.

- Contract management, project planning and procurement of capital equipment’s and non-capital items for on-going major & minor projects with local and foreign suppliers.- Sourcing and engaging potential suppliers, contract negotiations with them to secure advantageous terms through vendor management.- Reviewing existing contracts with suppliers and vendors to ensure on-going feasibility.- Overseeing and managing the IT systems for logistics, inventory, procurement, and project management.- Developing and pre-qualifying new suppliers and evaluating performance of existing suppliers on quarterly basis.- Review and analyze procurement reports extracted from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to understand and interpret data for a range of audiences.- Expertise to convert raw data into a meaningful information and present it through dashboards by using different tools like Power BI, Microsoft Excel etc.

- Accountable to maintain the stock/inventory within targets by frequent analysis and review of current situation versus the required key performance indicators (KPIs).- Play an important role in Supply Chain Inventory Management (SCIM) by ensuring minimum stockouts.- Review and analyze inventory reports extracted from enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems to understand and interpret data for a range of audiences.- Expertise to convert raw data into a meaningful information and present it through dashboards by using different tools like Power BI, Microsoft Excel etc.

- Ensure that Supply Chain processes are monitored and measured against set targets.- Negotiate contracts with potential shipping agents for reduction and smooth sailing in freight operations.- Coordinating with Custom Authorities for clearance of goods in liaison with clearing agents and ensuring timely dispatches.

- Responsible for smooth functioning of operation department of the online store selling textile products to the US market. - Involve in application of different strategies by collaborating with marketing and social media team for new arrivals. - Ensure all products are available in right quantities to meet customer demands and their satisfaction level.
