Supervise, Design & coordinate with contractor to implementation Sites design for Red Light and Fixed Speed sites and follow up in the Central Region of Kingdom Riyadh, Al-Qassim & Al-Kharj.• Relocation of Fixed Camera Sites.• Supervise sites Survey, Designing & Implementation.• Complete survey, designing & installation for red light camera system, fixed speed camera system and CCTV ANPR “Automatic Number Plate Recognition” seat belt & cellphone violation system sites:  Technical site survey.  DTDD (Detailed Technical Design Drawing).  Test deployment using mobile camera system (Day & Night)  Verification survey.  Red marking for approved sites.  Joint design review meeting with contractor & vendors.• Follow up closely new sites from beginning of survey till end of civil work.• Documenting complete process of sites starting from civil work till pop test.• Coordination for Red Light & Fixed Speed cameras preparation & configuration.• Issuing primary work order according to required site work.• Preparation & Reviewing invoices, BOQ from contractors and issuing change orders.• Live Sites inspection for civil work and maintenance required.• Preparation of Plan for survey, Survey Report, Site Inspection report.• Site handover from civil contractor & Maintenace team.• Coordinating & Working throughout the clock with Relocation & Maintenance teams till the sites went live.• Work with SWARCO and TransCore to managing traffic signals.• Work with VITRONIC and Xerox to manage and enforce traffic violation system.• Work on ANPR new sites planning & Strategy.• Planning & designing new sites for Illegal turn.• Planning & designing new sites for enforcing to restrict truck entry during rush hours.

Job Responsibilities to manage all the maintenance issues for all the Red Light, Fixed Speed, Mobile speed & Portable camera unit Enforcement Systems in the Capital City of Kingdom, Riyadh, Al-Qassim & Al-Kharj provinces to ensure the surveillance systems are working fine thereby insuring the public safety.• ATVAM (automatic traffic violations administration and monitoring) project that run the automated enforcement systems throughout in Riyadh, Al-Qassim, Al-Kharj provinces along with highways that connects Riyadh.• Covers complete maintenance of whole systems under enforcement and to ensure the maximum enforcement takes place with minimal downtime occurrence.• Maintaining Enforcement Poliscan Systems originated from Vitronic GmbH (Fixed Speed Measuring devices) pertaining to LIDAR technology.• Maintaining Red light enforcement systems from ACS Xerox Inc. pertaining to Sensys Technology.• Maintaining and to increase the numbers Portable enforcement systems named Portable Communication Units.• Co-ordinate with various stake holders & vendors confined to the project in wide aspects related to enforcement systems to achieve growth in the maintenance perspective of running and maintaining the systems.

Job responsibility to monitor all the Red Light and Fixed Speed Enforcement Systems in the Capital City of Kingdom, Riyadh, both Al-Qassim & Al-Kharj provinces to ensure the surveillance systems are working fine thereby insuring the public safety.• Initiated & to run the automation process of remote monitoring to minimize the downtime by fourfold.• Performing analysis, Resolving and troubleshooting problems encountered with Red Light and Fixed Speed Enforcement Systems• Established records to track systems performance and for Quality Control.• Fault detection and generation of work orders upon issues identified in dedicated & managed Computerized Maintenance Management System Software (CMMS).• Compilation of Comprehensive Field Service Manuals• Prepared presentations and reports highlighting Systems Performance and Trends for future Planning and Expansion.• Installation, Assembling & disassembling of complete sites for FS/RLCS.• Under hold Survey for whole Fixed Speed Sites & CAD Drawing for those Sites.• Coordination with Field technicians on site live upon faulty issues encountered within systems to make sure it had been resolved physically and remotely.• Prioritized workload to increase profits and maximize enforcement time.
