I was working as local HR Manager, supporting the Swedish and Finnish offices and was reporting to the Nordic HR manager. Responsibilities included; recruitment and induction, negotiations and support to managers and employees.

ThyssenKrupp Elevator is one of the world´s leading elevator companies with 47 000 employees at 900 locations around the world. I worked as Human Resource Manager in the Swedish subsidiary. My responsibilities included: Implement and communicate HR policies decided by the corporate HR, recruitment and induction, negotiations with union, payroll administration and to provide the managers with support concerning HR related questions. I was also Health and Safety manager and in charge of the switchboard and managing two employees. I was part of the CENE (central/eastern/ northern Europe) HR team and we meet 2-4 times a year. I organized the H&S audit in Stockholm and Malmö with the auditors from HQ ThyssenKrupp Elevator CENE and established new routines for safety inspections on the field.

Huddinge

Phoenix Contact AG is a worldwide manufacturer of components, systems and solutions in the area of electrical engineering, electronics and automation. It has 12800 employees and 50 owned sales companies worldwide. My responsibility was to provide the Swedish subsidiary with support and development within the field of HR and Quality. Responsibilities include: Develop, implement and communicate HR policies, recruitment and induction, payroll, negotiations with union and to coach the managers. Quality audits on the company's three locations in Sweden and update the management system with information was also a part of my responsibility.

Huddinge

A company with 900 employees working in the market for energy efficient buildings and infrastructures. My tasks included; Recruitment and selection, training and development, wage negotiation, salary reviews and creating tools for managers to work with during salary reviews. An important part of my work has also been to provide the managers with relevant and reliable information concerning HR related questions. During 1997-1999 I worked as HR BP at the production unit located in Huddinge and was part of the management team. The Production unit consisted of 200 employees. I participated in the process of introducing the management model EFQM and balanced scorecard and ISO9001 and Lean production was already established and used since earlier.
