Managing a staff of 20 teachers whilst planning and administering a variety of programmes, including Cambridge exam preparation courses ( YLE , KET , PET , FCE , CAE ) and IELTS preparation courses.Responsible for ensuring that the demands of students were met on a daily basis, assisting new and experienced teachers, testing and placing new students, interviewing prospective teachers, planning and administering professional development programmes and organising and overseeing the day to day administration of the school.Representative of the school to agents, at trade fairs and conferences.

Organise all external examination processes ( Cambridge Exams YLE , KET , PET, FCE and CAE / German language international exams / French language international exams ) , in liaison with staff, students, parents and examination boards, to ensure that all students are entered and scheduled appropriately for examinations. Administer all external and public examinations according to the published guidelines and procedures, ensuring all regulations are followed by the examinations staff and all students are provided with the necessary materials and arrangements to optimise their exam success.Manage the capture, storage and processing of data and the production of associated reports and analyses relating to student performance in support of the college's aim to raise academic results.
