I set up the Instagram profile for the Rutgers Libraries and managed it. My responsibilities included taking pictures at the various Rutgers Libraries, editing them, and posting them on Instagram. I had the opportunity to host a contest through Instagram which generated hundreds of followers and received numerous submissions.

I assisted the Sales and Marketing teams with various projects which included data entry, data analysis, event planning, and general research. I had the opportunity to learn about and work with Salesforce, LeadLander, RainKing, and GoToWebinar (GoToMeeting). With the help of another Intern, I designed and implemented the current layout for the Eden Twitter account.

I was responsible for informing clients of auditions, sending them the audition information, answering the phone and signing in new clients at the office. During my internship, I contributed in any area that was necessary and took the initiative to work on new projects. One of the projects I completed was a fifteen page manual for new interns that described, in great detail, all the tasks interns were responsible for.

In this part-time position I answered phone calls, made reservations, and contributed to the advertising process.
