JAZZBOY RECORDS consists of three companies:- PUBLISHING- STUDIO- MANAGEMENT AGENCYResponsibilities include signing the Artists, developing, producing their albums in the Jazzboy Studio, releasing them under the Jazzboy Label and developing the artists into commercial multi-platinum successes stories, e.g.: Kortez, Ania Dąbrowska, Kucz&Kulka, Kaśka Sochacka; creating numerous songs as original songs for the movie pictures while launching them into major radio hits. Responsibilities within the Management Agency include custom made booked, arranged, and designed full concert tours of the artists as well as developing the careers of the performers through negotiating contracts in all spheres of their creative activity.

Responsibilities included overseeing and developing both local repertoire (finding and developing new talent in the market) as well as international repertoire (international releases), including promoting and selling in the local market music by artists such as Annie Lennox, Whitney Houston, Eros Ramazzoti, Pink, Elvis Presley, Rod Stewart, to name a few. Local artists included Kayah, Goran Bregovic, Lady Pank, Krzysztof Krawczyk, Borisewicz and Kukiz, Ania Dabrowska, Monika Brodka, Tomek Makowiecki, Smolik, CKOD, Piasek, to name a few.

Managing and overseeing all licensing calatalogue partners of BMG throughout Europe (all the territories where BMG did not have opened affiliates at the time - including Croatia, Slovenia, Serbia, Malta, Iceland, Israel, Romania, Bulgaria, Baltic States.
