Human Resources Specialist
Current• Assisting the HR Team to drive the change and support the growth the organization is willing to achieve• Supporting core HR processes (recruitment, on-boarding, off-boarding, training, events etc.)• Taking active responsibility in related new HR projects and development areas• Updating employee records and documents• Providing support for employee administration and processing issues• Uploading new applications to the ATS (Jira)• Organizing meetings, interviews, HR events and maintain agendas• Supporting the organization of performance evaluation meetings
