Supervisory Committee Member at Topline Credit Union: The supervisory committee ensures the ongoing reviews and internal audits to make sure that credit union records are maintained properly, honestly, and accurately. The committee also ensures that their policies established by law and by the board of directors are carried out faithfully; and that member assets are safeguarded and used according to the purposes of the credit union.

SOS Regional Program Leader:1. I assist with the planning, organization, development, coordination and direction of the S.O.S. Program and activities in accordance with current Federal, State and Local guidelines and regulations, accepted standards of practice and as direction by Administration for 5 sites and 5 SOS site Champions.2. Educate staff using the principles of adult learning. lead the planning and implementation of the S.O.S. program as defined by the DHS PIPP contract.3. Develop and motivate staff, to oversee the utilization of resources, and to design work processes and establish programs. 4. Conduct audits, create measurable goals and action plans to facilitate implementation of the S.O.S. PIPP.5. Assemble coordinate and facilitate facility S.O.S. team.6. Manage project budget and resource allocation. 7. Track project deliverables using appropriate tools etc.

As a RSVP Facility Program Leader, I was responsible for planning, coordination, and direction of the RSVP Program and activities in accordance with Federal and State guidelines and regulations, accepted standards of practice, and as directed by the PHS Organizational Leadership. I worked collaboratively with the Campus Administrator, clinical nursing staff, the program charter, residents and their families and functional directors of assigned areas of accountability to oversee implementation of the Restorative Sleep Vitality Program.
