Performed 16 years of operational flying (active and reserves) for the U.S. Navy, served three times as a Commanding Officer and is a Captain (O-6) in the Naval Reserves. Responded on short notice to requests for services and is always able to quickly analyze requirements, put together a plan of action, and write the technical and managerial approaches for proposals being submitted.• As Senior Program Analyst for PMA-205/275 led the V-22 courseware project and managed the cost, schedule, and performance for the project and coordinated all facets of the program for the Marines and the Air Force. Led a very large and diverse team of subject matter experts, military personnel, contractors, and civil service personnel.• Provided systems analysis support, project management, earned value analysis, engineering support, and cost account management support for the development of flight trainers for the F-18, Ch-53, and CH-46 aircraft for senior Naval Air Systems Command personnel.

Designed and wrote software applications that provided statistical modeling used to predict availability of systems based on component failure rates.• Led a major acoustic and display system modification for P-3s, S-3s, and SH-60 training devices. Mr Albin was the SH-2G WST Lead, P3 Update IV Trainer Lead and the P-3 WST program lead directing large (over 60 personnel) diverse teams including military, scientists, and engineers developing complex simulation systems for the navy.• Software Quality Assurance engineer for Army’s Conduct of Fire (COFT) program.
