• Monitor compliance with all Disciplinary & Non-Disciplinary citations for Medical Doctors and the Final Orders & Citations for the Boards of Nursing Home Administrators, Podiatric Medicine, Orthotists and Prosthetists, Psychology, School Psychology, Physical Therapy, Respiratory Care, Occupational Therapy and the Dietetics and Nutrition Council and Natural/Paths • Monitoring included: tracking fines, costs, and restitutions; ensuring that Continuing Education Courses are board approved; and ensuring that all other requirements are met by the Respondents • Process Unlicensed Activity Citations for all professions, except Pain Management Clinics • Coordinate with Board Chairpersons the approval of CME courses, monitor approval, time extensions for varying requirements and lifting of license suspensions imposed by the Boards• Advise Individual Board liaison personnel• Analyze Board Citations and Final Orders• Establish and maintain tracking charts and logs, activity summaries and tracking records• Compose documents for Respondents to ensure compliance with the requirements of the Citations and Final Orders• Refer issues of non-compliance to Consumer Services for investigation• Communicate with CE Broker to ensure customer satisfaction• Prepare audit lists for Board staff
