Scope spans due diligence, integration planning, interim operational management, transfer of employment and transfer of business. Highlights include: Kyndryl Spinoff. IBM carved off 90K resources, 4000+ client contracts and $19B in annual revenue to create the world's largest IT infrastructure services provider. Lead for the IBM internal workstream focusing on IBM operational viability and robustness post spin. Owned the corporate wide management system, operated it with only light direction and stayed on track for the Nov 4th 2021 Spinoff. As IBM uncoupled internal operations and 1.7K of IT applications, platforms and teams a very wide range of gaps were identified and resolved directly in the workstream and management system. IT lead for IBM's $34B Red Hat Acquisition. Managed an ongoing relationship and workstream between the IBM and Red Hat CIO offices that was charged with preserving Red Hat's identity and "secret sauce" while still allowing enterprise co-ordination on cybersecurity, compliance with legal policies(ex. GDPR), access to training and policies, efficiencies in IT vendor procurement and HR policy realms. Supported sets of organizational changes resulting in the realignment of entire teams between Red Hat and IBM. -
