•Responsible for providing technical support to the sales staff during and after the sales process, and for accurately documenting and communicating all technical details of a project. •Assists the salesperson during customer meetings as the technical expert, analyzes the customer’s current state and future needs, and creates customized solutions for the customer. •Since October of 2009, assigned to act as the Sales Engineering Voice Product Specialist. Working as the Subject Matter Expert (SME) for all voice products, particularly Cox Business Voice Manager (BVM), Broadsoft PRI, and SIP. Assigned to the BVM, PRI over HFC and SIP product launch teams. Acted as a SME during the launch of each product, and now acts at the SME in support of each of these products.

•Responsible for staffing and supervising a team of 27 Telephone Test Desk Technicians.•Conducted quarterly reviews of assigned goals and career plans with each employee, and coached as needed.•Collected and analyzed Test Desk performance data, then prepared and published monthly reports to Broadband Operations Manager and other affected departments.

•Supported all CBS products and services, specializing in telephony. •Prepared quarterly reports for the PUC, detailing CBS’ support of telephony products in the San Diego Market. •Worked directly with Commercial Voice Product Manager and Created processes and procedures for the use and troubleshooting of telephony products and services.

•Responsible for staffing and managing a team of 16 -18 Senior Technical Engineers located in offices across the U.S. to deliver advanced technical support of telecommunications products.•Worked with the Marketing, Engineering, and Field Service departments to develop and deploy new products, and to create detailed service plans designed to document all processes and procedures required to support those products. •Developed and implemented processes to track the performance of new products and applications, and the quality of Fujitsu’s efforts to support them.

•Responsible for all direct and ancillary activities associated with the implementation, maintenance, and support of Fujitsu PBX's and all telecommunications related products in the San Diego, Orange County, and Los Angeles markets.•Worked directly with customers to review their system’s configurations and performance, and presented proposals for enhancements or modifications to better meet their business needs. •Responsible for the achievement of multiple financial objectives including the achievement of sales/revenue targets and expense mitigation.
