With over 24 years of professional experience in environmental compliance, Mr. Atchison's experience is an inter-disciplinary array of federal and multi-State regulations. His experience spans across the States of Florida, Alabama, Mississippi, Louisiana, Texas, Wyoming, Montana, and North Dakota. His knowledge of the Clean Water Act Section 404/401 permitting and Section 10 Rivers and Habors Act permitting covers multiple districts; Mobile, Jacksonville, New Orleans, Vicksburg, Galveston, Fort Worth, Tulsa, and Omaha districts. He has completed multiple environmental planning documents under the National Environmental Policy Act (following federal agencies guidelines for: US Bureau of Land Management, U.S. Air Force, U.S. Navy, Army National Guard Reserves, United States Fish and Wildlife Services, NationalPark Services, U.S. Forestry Services, Texas Department of Transportation/Federal Highway Administration, Federal Energy Regualtory Commision, and Bureau of Indian Affairs). Threatened and Endangered (T&E) species surveys, conservation, and management under Section 7 consultations with the USFWS and for sensitive species on BLM land and under western state governments. He supports cultural and biological monitoring of project survey operations. Mr. Atchison supports his company on facilities site construction and pipeline ROW planning for environmental compliance and permitting.
