Bill Au was born and raised in Melbourne Australia. From an early age he expressed an interest in Information Technology and how to utilize IT as a means to create solutions. Bill has obtained a Bachelor’s degree in Business Information management and a Master’s degree in Business Information Technology (systems development & design). Since then Bill has worked for organizations in a number of roles, wearing many different hats such as senior business analyst, consultant, corporate trainer, lecturer, senior product owner, scrum master, digital learning developer and currently works as a lecturer and program manager at RMIT Vietnam.
