Mr. Baggott has experience in the pharmaceutical and medical device industry, including API, liquid and solid dosage, aseptic and terminally sterilized parenterals and combination products.Mr. Baggott has over 20 years of industry experience working in quality systems, validation, auditing, batch record review, product release and stability, investigation of non-conformances, cGMP training, senior management and facility expansion. His technical background and broad range of experience have proven essential in providing clients strategies for the implementation and remediation of quality systems to comply with FDA regulations.Mr. Baggott has served as expert consultant on compliance projects involving corporate 483 responses, Warning Letters and Consent Decree(s). He has provided clients with expert counsel on laboratory and manufacturing investigations, CAPA development and implementation, change control, training, stability programs and other quality systems. Mr. Baggott has managed analytical laboratories and has extensive knowledge of method development, validation and transfer. He has served as project lead for PAI preparedness. Most recently he provided deviation investigation mentoring and oversight for a major parenteral drug manufacturer under warning letter with measureable improvement for the client.
