In May 2018, my role has evolved to CEO of KT from being the Company's COO and CFO. This responsibility has extended my ongoing commitment to our clients and prospective clients to continue to be the world's leading provider of problem solving solutions and capabilities that create sustainable value while building the problem solving and decision making capabilities of our client organizations. As a longtime member of KT’s global leadership team and Board of Directors, my new responsibilities mesh with an ongoing commitment to our strategic goals through operational and financial excellence. Overseeing global operations necessitates the development and support of our global teams, the key to our ongoing success. I regularly travel to our international operations to visit stakeholders and partners and to build strong ties with our international leadership and clients. Since joining KT in 1997, I have implemented processes to improve efficiencies while reducing costs, improving profitability, cash flows and shareholder value. I've developed and implemented incentive compensation systems, created the company’s ownership model, participated in updating the company’s strategy and overseen the development, revision and implementation of various governance practices and policies. In addition I have had the opportunity to serve as interim Regional Managing Director for KT Japan.It is an honor to have been acknowledged and then receive the CFO Innovation Award for Success in Operations (CFO Studio - May 2016) and CFO of the Month (Wealth & Finance International and Acquisition International - February 2016).I am always interested in talking about KT and how we can help your business as well as how I can help you, your business and your Board of Directors.
