Our brand names are: Big Dipper® automatic grease separators and Trapzilla® super high capacity grease separators. Thermaco's systems are used worldwide in thousands of facilities including fast-food restaurants, hotels, hospitals, casinos, schools, colleges, correctional facilities, coffee shops, sandwich shops, cafes, cafeterias and other commercial food service kitchens.

Responsible for monitoring process and product quality for Eveready battery production within assigned departments. Conducted experiments and evaluations for quality improvement and cost reduction programs involving alternative materials, formulation changes and product design changes. Was promoted from this position to Assistant Manager of Quality Control in 1979. In 1981 took position in NYC Headquarters as a Technical Marketing Analyst. In this position evaluated consumer device trends regarding effects on battery consumption and battery performance requirements.

Conducted programs and projects to improve manufacturing costs while maintaining or improving product quality.

From age 10 through 17, had farming projects including raising hogs, cucumbers, corn, soybeans and grapes. Grew up on family farm in Eastern North Carolina. Great life experience.Earned Future Farmers of America (FFA) State Farmer Degree (Award) for farming projects. Was member of regional finalist livestock judging team.
