In my previous position as Branch Manager / North Western Ontario for GardaWorld Protective Services, I was responsible for the overall operations of the company. This included advertising, interviewing, hiring, discipline, meeting with clients and potential clients, securing, monitoring and maintaining security contracts and addressing client concerns.Prior to April of 2016, GardaWorld had a very limited presence in Thunder Bay. Was asked by management to assist in establishing a greater presence. I accepted the challenge and became part of the GardaWorld team. Since that time GardaWorld has been successful in securing major security contracts in Thunder Bay and the surrounding area. Examples of these contracts are the Intercity ShoppingCentre, Confederation College, Thunder Bay International Airport and the Thunder Bay Regional Health Sciences Centre.
