As a consultant for the DEA Educational Foundation, functioned as Chief Development Officer, and was responsible for the strategic direction and cultivation of revenue sources in order to provide financial support for the Foundation's mission of fighting drug abuse through education. Support from individuals, corporations, foundations, and government allowed the Foundation to develop and sustain numerous outreach programs in an effort to educate the American public on the many costs and consequences of abusing both legal and illegal drugs.

The John Marshall Law School retained The Beach Group LLC to function as the school's Chief Development Officer and Campaign Director. In addition to leadership gift solicitation, was involved in all aspects of strategic planning, goal setting, prospect assessment and evaluation, human resource evaluation, donor cultivation, special events, planned giving, campaign readiness, and overall department management.

The Chicago Police Memorial Foundation retained The Beach Group, LLC to raise the necessary funds to erect Gold Star Memorial and Park, which would serve as a perpetual place of honor for the city of Chicago, and for those who gave their lives protecting it.

After six months as a consultant with John Marshall, was asked to join the school as a full-time employee. Was promoted to Assistant Dean, and then to Associate Dean. Primary responsibility was to lead the law school in its first comprehensive major gifts campaign. The campaign and its results became a milestone for the school, allowing John Marshall to be in a position to sustain and enhance its proud tradition of providing innovative and accessible legal education.For the past six years, The Beach Group, LLC has been retained by the law school to provide consulting services to the school's development program.
