Led the $1.5B+ Aerospace Solutions business unit with P&L, growth and general management responsibility for the Aerospace and Defense Services (former Vertex), Modernization and Sustainment (former RTX Indy) and PIT and LMG (former Zenetex) business areas.Co-led the integration and assimilation team that integrated the legacy Vertex and Vectrus companies into V2X, while simultaneously leading the integration team that was operating the former RTX programs under a Transition Services Agreement.

Responsible for the Business Development, Information Systems, Quality and Environmental Health and Safety functions of the company. Working alongside the CEO, CFO, Chief Counsel, and our private equity partners performed diligence that led to the $850M acquisition of certain programs and operations from Raytheon. Immediately following the acquisition of the RTX businesses, worked with my C-Suite colleagues and private equity partners on the diligence that led to the merger of Vertex and Vectrus creating the $4B+ V2X.Led the integration team that assimilated the RTX operations into Vertex, while nearly simultaneously working to help determine the organization and cost structure of V2X. Architect of the business development campaigns and proposals that led to Vertex's return to winning new business with wins on multiple competitive CLS programs that cemented the company's leadership in the aviation maintenance segment of the market. Led the Vertex Senior Leadership Team through a review of the company's cost structure that resulted in the reduction of over $20M in overhead costs contributing significantly to the marked improvements in the company's competitiveness.
