Prior to making this journey into my profession, I excelled in playing football. I went on to fulfill one of my childhood dreams of suiting up in that blue and white uniform for the Nittany Lions. During my time at Penn State, I had the opportunity to be apart of Joe Paterno's last recruiting class and was an integral piece of the Penn State football team that held the program together when the NCAA issued sanctions against the school in 2012. I went on to have a fantastic career at Penn State. As players we are taught to think that football will be an occupation that will serves us for the rest of our lives but that is not the case. Understanding this, I plan to inspire many generations to come and to help shift the culture of sports by providing leadership to help athletes achieve their goals during and after their career.
