Currently primary desktop support for ~700 Windows 10 mostly work-from-home users from an office tower location. Duties include management of computer hardware inventory, imaging and deployment of laptops and desktops, local and remote installation of applications. SME on install of TIBCO BW suite on Windows devices. Proactive reporting, escalation and or resolution of technical and process issues affecting day to day user functionality. (Position was outsourced from BMO FTE to CompuCom FTE as of Aug. 2, 2016.)

Artist in conventional media, including graphite, charcoal, pastel, and oil, with a past specialty in commissioned pastel portraiture, and education in classical realist painting. Examples of my work reside in several personal collections around Canada.

Primary desktop support for up to 260 XP and Windows 7 users across multiple floors of an office tower location. Duties include computer hardware inventory, imaging and deployment of laptops and desktops, local and remote installation of applications, development and maintenance of customized Windows 7 64-bit image for 100+ users. Proactive problem spotting and reporting, to aid in suitability assessment of department conversion to a standardized Win 7 image. Scheduling, conversion, and C+1 support of 200+ users, data verification and advice for the project in addition to day-to-day support.

Hardware installs, moves, removals, upgrades, and testing, computer imaging and disk wiping, inventory, and limited next day support at branches and tower sites of various financial institutions in the GTA.

Tape mounting and library duties, batch production printing and output sorting, paper stock inventory, preventive maintenance and repair of laser and impact batch printers, job submission and monitoring through MVS and JES2. (4 years on bi-weekly 12hr day/night shift rotation, and 6 years full time nights)

Mail sortation and delivery, filing, packaging and shipping, office supply and forms inventory, mailing machine operation, miscellaneous office support.

Various duties including painting and snow removal with Niagara Parks and Recreation, mainly in Niagara-On-The-Lake, Virgil, and Queenston Heights, ON. Assisted with church and mill rennovations in Lotbiniere, PQ. Data transcription and soil sample preparation at Agriculture Canada, near Lethbridge, AB.
