I have 20+ years of executive management experience as both COO and CFO of venture-backed, emerging technology companies. Additionally, I served in management capacities with public companies; both large, established (nearly $1B in revenue and more than 5,000 employees) and newly-public (3x growth in revenue and headcount during my tenure).My focus is on building impressive companies inclusive of leading strategic planning initiatives, driving execution, partnering with commercial teams to accelerate the topline, maximizing available capital and realizing profitability. I am transactionally-skilled, having negotiated and closed numerous financings and M&A deals, been a key contributor to an IPO and follow-on, and conducted commerce in over twenty countries worldwide. I leverage my unique, blue-chip background (Arthur Andersen CPA as well as business development experience) that spans multiple product categories and business models (AI IoT (SaaS), UAV\drone (SaaS), mobile gaming (streaming\subscription), biotech (HW), manufacturing (med device, automotive and consumer electronics), mobile software (license) and communications equipment (HW)).Most recently, I established a CFO advisory practice at the behest of a financial institution working with their portfolio company (biotech) as well as with an AI IoT SaaS company. Prior to this, I served as COO and CFO of Raydiance, Inc. resulting in an acquisition by Coherent, Inc. (NASDAQ: COHR) and as CFO of Bitfone Corporation where I was instrumental in its acquisition by Hewlett-Packard (NYSE: HPQ). I also served as CFO of PrecisionHawk, Vollee and Mahi Networks. I started my career in tech with Advanced Fibre Communications, Inc. (NASDAQ: AFCI) where I served as Regional Vice President of International Business Development and Finance. I joined AFC before the Company’s Initial Public Offering and actively participated in the offering process.
