I have also earned the designation of Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), a distinction only awarded to 4% of realtors nationwide. Nine years ago, I purchased the 50-year-old Bratty Real Estate, a highly regarded full service residential firm with property management. Since founding Bratty and Bluhm, I continued to draw on my decades of experience in effective marketing, investing and communication and helped hundreds of people achieve their real estate goals. In December of 2013, my wife Helen and I decided to sell the real estate portion of the business to Sotheby's International Realty. We are both active as agents with Sotheby’s and continue to run Bratty and Bluhm Property Management where we manage over 150 properties.Specializing in residential single and multi-family homes real estate on the Monterey Peninsula, I have sold over 500 homes, brokered over four thousand, and garnered a 98% closing record among the escrows I have opened throughout my career.
