Supervise the draw process for the Fund Control team. Provide lender risk management for 203K, HomeSytle and Conventional construction loans from small renovation loans to multi million dollar custome homes in all 50 states. Meet with lenders to learn their expectations and service level agreements (SLA's). Determine how those expectations and SLA's can best be met or exceeded and document any necessary deviations from standard procedures. Create training materials and tests for staff to ensure they understand and accept the processes. Interview, hire and train staff to meet the various SLA's, standard and custom for our lenders. Maintain and improve product quality, policies, procedures and customer service by following a policy of inspecting what I expect. Communicate with clients management, borrower and contractors to access any changing expectations and resolve issues before they become problems. Review inspections and budgets to ensure lender policies are being followed. Actively participate in quarterly reviews of both lender and builder issues to help ensure smooth processes. Responsible for supervision of staff of 8 employees.
