About William Boyle

Application Engineer in three different industries: Food and Beverage, Printed Circuit Board, Power Generation.I am motivated by positions that require two things of me - technical knowledge and people skills. Understanding technology and how something works inspires me. I like to try and break my product to see what it can and cannot do to understand its limits and where it can improve. Working with customers is one of my greatest strengths. Training others has been a part of every position I have worked. That moment when you see in someone’s eyes they get it (whatever “it” is – advantage of a piece of hardware, how to program and operate a machine, navigate a web portal to get key data…) is always something I have enjoyed.I am looking for a position that challenges me, presents problems for me to solve, allows me to work with people to help them solve issues but not necessarily know the right way to accomplish them. I am known for being the glue to the team and getting the job done.
