Work with investors/ partners of 425 Park Ave Co., in all facets of the management of their interest. From accounting, cash flow, budgeting to insurance, logistics and planning. Included legal compliance with Local Laws and relations with Ground Lessor.

Oversee both properties, assist in build-out of tenant spaces, LL11, LL87 and other projects, review contracts & go out to bid for services, maintain various records and assist the manager with ownership relations.
