In the the last three years we have continued to expand operations in the Revenue Advance space and particularly working to find lower cost funds for Revenue Advances. We have now identified banking multi billion dollar sources that were previously not experienced with the revenue advance process and underwriting. We see this strategic combination as a clear strategic advantage . Seven years ago I founded Capital Source 2000, Inc. which provides capital for the expansion of successful small businesses on a national basis. Capital Source provides funding for a segment of the small business market that the commercial banks do not provide. We underwrite and close on funding requests in 48 hours to meet the often urgent needs of our customers’ expansion. We approve advances based on monitored cash flow , secured by company receivables. Unlike Commercial banks , we do not require real estate collateral to secure our advances. The funding sources for our advances are individual private investors who purchase notes secured by assets of Capital Source 2000, Inc. The secured notes pay monthly interest well in excess of 12% annually with interest wired directly to their bank accounts monthly .In 2019 we funded over $35 million to small businesses. Company assets have grown at an annual rate in excess of 80% for the last four years.Prior to starting Capital Source 2000, Inc, I worked in the financial services industry for the last 30 years . My experience ranges from holding middle management in Regional Banks to starting a successful de novo bank and leading the purchase and revitalizing of a troubled national bank franchise.First Sterling Bank started as a de novo bank in 1988 . We initially raised $7 million of capital and grew the bank from start up to over $300 million in assets in seven years . The bank was part four subsequent mergers and is now part of Bank of America. I also led an investor group that bought and recapitalized troubled Eagle National Bank with a $10 million initial capital raise. We built its asset base from $60 million to $300 million while increasing its capital base to $25 million. Our expanded product offering included national mortgage banking, title insurance, SBA lending and a specialty medical finance division called Physicians National Bank. I have held board of director positions with public company Prime Bancorp, Inc , the Pennsylvania Bankers Association ,the Pennsylvania Community Bankers Assoc. and at Ursinus College.
