Bill became Berman McAleer’s Chief Operating Officer in 2020, adding his extensive operational, financial, and human resources experience which spans over two decades to the internal operations of our firm. Prior to joining BMc, he served as COO for PSG (acquired by Wealth Enhancement Group in 2019) for 14 years where he managed the firm’s business operations and technology including business development opportunities. Bill started his financial career at WMS Partners where he spent a decade working with high-net-worth individuals and establishing the foundation of the firm’s organization and operational structure. A proud Loyola Blakefield ’86 graduate, Bill has served as Class Captain since 2004. With the help of his classmates he started The Class of 1986 Endowed Scholarship Fund in Memory of Michael R. Breschi, a fellow Don’s son whose life was tragically cut short at a young age.
