I enjoyed working with several Meditech hospitals in which I:Directed 6 Meditech hospitals to successful CPOE go-lives that resulted in exceeding the meaningful use goals. We made the medication reconciliation process more useful and complete during the process as well a set up OM order sets that also increased the meaningful use percentages. Ran drill downs for 3 other hospital that resulted in updating their order sources and got them to a point where they met their meaningful use goals.Produced a document to help to guide hospital to help facilities to successful changes from refill billing to using charging on administration.
