Lead the development of Program Development, RACI, Process flow, SOP development as well as onsite site visits as the owner representative. • Supervised the administration and management of construction projects; including the estimating, planning, supervision, and construction of Lease projects ranging in size and type, from a 35MW two-phased 900,000 square foot data center campus build to 1 MW “Micro sites” over 40 Sites annually from Site selection to final acceptance including buildout, Commissioning and FF&E.• Spearheaded the project management of small to large construction projects throughout the United States. This included managing scopes related to new construction projects and capital improvement projects in existing facilities utilizing internal and outsourced resources. • Coordinated the work of consulting architects, engineers, and prime contractors to ensure the projects were completed on time and on budget• Commissioned mechanical, electrical, and control and instrumentation systems required for project compliance. Performed final closeout and punch list procedures required for final acceptance and completion

Working with Microsoft on the biggest Data Centers in the world. (550,000 sq ft) with a budget of over $500M per site. Located both in the United States and Europe. Primary responsibility is to liaison between the General Contractor's construction team and other Microsoft team members. I am responsible to facilitate the coordination, requirements and schedules between the actual construction of the data center facility and primary Microsoft build activities in order to complete an efficient and complete turnover to Microsoft Operations by the respective phase "Go Live" date. Hired to develop this new position for Microsoft while in the midst of building 3 Data Centers. Developed new Project Plans, Operating procedures and Lessons Learned format that is now used for all Data Center builds.Coordinated the efforts of over 30 different vendors along with 10 different departments within Microsoft under a very tight time schedule to deliver 4 active Data Center on time and under budget. Worked with Security to support the development of the new standard and to make sure each Data Center was secure.

Advised the senior communication official in the Iraqi Ministry of Defense (MOD) including training his staff on contract writing, budget estimating and analysis, staff organization and working group development. Provided oversight for project development and logistical support for Iraqi communication units. Oversee the development of the Iraqi Signal School and class development.Coordinated with the United States government foreign military sales program that enabled the Iraqi Government to buy over $200 million in communication equipment from tactical radios to installing the communication backbone for the Iraqi Army.Actively reviewed the awarded contracts ultimately saving an additional $5 million in contractor over- charges to the MOD.Developed systems and procedures that for the first time allowed the Iraqi MOD to utilize computers and voice over IP telephones.Provided budget estimates and recommendations that saved the Iraqi government in excess of $25 Million.
